Ok here's where things get simple - no fancy payment gateways, no credit cards details stored, to order from the site just follow the instructions below.

1. Email me (hugh@grecoed.com) with the guitar, pedal, amp's model details you'd like to buy.

2. On this email make sure you've included your shipping address details and how you'd like to pay.

3. Wait.

4. I'll investigate shipping options to your destination then I'll email you with these options and you'll email me back with your preference.

5. I send you a total invoice for product and shipping and then you pay, as soon as funds clear I'm off to the post office with a carefully wrapped parcel with your name on it.

6. You get your guitar you're happy, everyone's happy.

Set up...
All guitars are cleaned, setup and restrung (to the best of my abilities) prior to shipping, however if the guitar is shipped with neck pulled down or subjected to dramatic temperature change or bad handling another setup may need to take place at the final destination.

Price includes...
All prices are in Australian dollars + GST where applicable. These prices do not include a hard case (unless stated in the add) or shipping. Unless advertised all guitars will be shipped in hard cardboard boxes with loads of foam and packaging.  Dimensions are 100cm x 20cm x 35cm for a standard guitar carrying cardboard box. I also have some boxes that hold 2-3 guitars if you want a few sent at once.

Payment...
Grecoed accepts PayPal, but if this method is used Grecoed also reserves the right to charge 3% on top of the total invoice cost to cover this cost.

Grecoed loves direct deposit in bank account. If this is the method you'd like to use I'll send details when sending final invoice.

Grecoed will also do Money orders or personal cheques but no shipping will take place until all funds have cleared.

Shipping...
I'm willing to ship anywhere in the world and I will try my hardest to get you the best deal available at the time. I will not however use a method of shipping that does not have insurance and some sort of tracking - far to painful if it all goes wrong.
